Tradevault provides digital products, including ready-to-use trading-related reels, social-media content, templates, resources, and related digital materials.
By purchasing or accessing any Tradevault product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Our Products
Tradevault sells digital content and social-media resources designed primarily for creators, businesses, trading-related pages, educators, communities, and marketers.

3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether and how the purchased content may legally be used for your intended purpose.
You are also responsible for complying with:
- Applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws
- Social-media platform rules
- Advertising and promotional requirements
- Applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Tradevault is not responsible for account restrictions, takedowns, copyright claims, or other consequences resulting from a customer's use or modification of the content.
4. License & Prohibited Use
Unless a product page specifically grants broader rights, your purchase provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own permitted content-creation activities.
You may not, without written permission from Tradevault:
- Resell the original files
- Redistribute or share the product
- Upload the entire product to another download platform
- Give the product away as a free download
- Claim ownership of Tradevault's original materials
- Create a competing digital-product bundle substantially consisting of our materials
- Sublicense or transfer access to another person
If a particular product includes separate commercial-use, resale, or PLR rights, those rights will be stated explicitly on the product page.
5. Trading & Financial Disclaimer
Tradevault's products are not financial products or investment advice.
Any trading-related statements, examples, graphics, quotes, or educational-style material contained in our content are provided for content and informational purposes only.
You should not rely on Tradevault content as a basis for making financial or investment decisions.
Tradevault does not guarantee profits, trading performance, audience growth, followers, engagement, sales, or business results.
6. Payment & Digital Delivery
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
After successful payment, the purchased digital product may be delivered through a download link, digital-access link, email, or another delivery method specified on the product page.
You are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery or access.
However, Tradevault may review requests involving issues such as:
- Payment being charged but the product not being delivered
- A corrupted or unusable file
- Duplicate payment
- A technical problem preventing access to the purchased product
If a product is materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a technical issue attributable to Tradevault, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, corrected access, or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use Tradevault products for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates third-party rights or applicable platform policies.
You must not use Tradevault products to engage in fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradevault will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
Tradevault does not guarantee that our products will produce any particular social-media, marketing, business, or financial result.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
